P90X & Shakeology 7 Month Update

Day 1 of P90X (first picture)
I was 192lbs and pretty out of shape for me. You can't really tell in this picture, but my gut was pretty big. I was almost a 35 inch waist. During my entire triathlon career I weighed between 165lbs and a skinny 155lbs. A waist of 31 or 32. Over the ten years after I stopped racing, I continued to gain weight. I was not huge by any means, I just felt sluggish and tired all the time. I wanted to feel solid again so I took at shot at P90X!

90 days complete and I had some amazing results. Lost over 20lbs. 170lbs. Went from 16% to 6% body fat. Got back to a 32 inch waist and gained an inch on my arms. P90X nutrition worked almost to well. I wanted to stay around 175lbs. So I have been playing with my nutrition to get my results I have now. Shakeology has been a huge help. It has kept me energized while really "bringing it" during the work outs.

So I think I finally got the nutrition down where I can maintain the abs while gaining muscle mass. Gained 6lbs of muscle mass in the last round of P90X. I also gained another 1/3 of an inch on my arms while maintaining my 32 inch waist. I upped the protein and the complex carbs while obviously taking in more calories.
